Popped Nova 7 from Benjamin Bridge
Long after a trip to winery is over, weeks later, the memory of a tasting and the beauty of the fields as the grapes grow at Benjamin Bridge Winery, I relived the experience opening a bottle of wine I got there.
Nova 7 can't be found outside of Nova Scotia (like most Nova Scotian wines) This lightly sparkling wine has strong pineapple aromatics, and a fresh, crisp flavour. Lovely pairing with seafood, and appetizers.
